The Hen House is our newest rental at Canaan Valley Farm. No expense was spared in creating this amazing space. Heated floors, see through fireplace, Chef's kitchen and a spa quality bathroom are just a few highlights. All of the Farm amenities such as the pond, fishing, kayaks, hiking trails are just steps out the front door.
We are also very proud to announce the opening of Asheville Speakeasy. A 1920’s themed beer and wine bar with local drafts and outdoor fire pits just a short walk away.

The space
Brand New Rental only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville! Welcome to the Hen House at Canaan Valley.
Step in the door to top of the line everything . Newly constructed home with heated barn wood style tile floors throughout the house.
Enjoy the two sided fireplace from the Living Room or the huge Master Wing.
The Master Bath boasts a spa quality bathroom complete with a claw foot tub and a steam shower.
There is a 4 zone split level heat and Air Conditioning unit to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Cook an amazing meal on the commercial Bluestar range and utilize the two dishwashers to clean up the mess.
The possibilities are endless before even stepping out onto the picture perfect grounds.
There are over 40 acres of wooded hiking trails and a stocked pond. There are kayaks and a canoe for guest use. There is really no reason to go anywhere, but West Asheville is an easy 10 minute drive and downtown is only 15 minutes away.
The Farm is extremely easy to access and is Uber and Lyft friendly.
This property is run and managed by the owners. We live on the Farm and are always available if needed, but hardly noticed if not. Feel free to search us out for a list of current activities. We have everything from barn experiences to on site photography to our very own 8 tap “Speakeasy”!
The Mane House (property #1317530) sleeps 18 and is available for rent with or separately from the Hen House.
